Designer (Web & Brand)

We are looking for a Designer with a strong focus on web design and a solid understanding of digital branding. You will create amazing websites for a wide range of companies, from startups to big organizations. You’ll define their brand visual identity and push boundaries to create award-winning websites.

In other words, we're looking for someone who is a strategic thinker with killer design skills,  enjoys working directly with clients and loves creating websites and brands that make people talk.

• 3-5 years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in a wide range of websites and visual identities.
• Able to effectively communicate design concepts, ideas, and feedback to clients and team members while standing behind your work. 
• You really want to understand the needs and taste of different types of clients, empathizing with their business and personal objectives.
• Ability to lead design critiques and facilitate design discussions, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
• Have a strong understanding of design strategy and are able to use design to meet business objectives.
• Can handle execution and prioritize your own work. Able to work on complex designs on your own and run autonomously. 
• Treat everything you do uniquely and understand that no client, project, product or way of working is ever the same.
• You are an over-communicator and believe that clear, precise & timely communication is what drives us forward.
• You love what you do and always looking to deepen your knowledge and skills, always hungry to stay ‘on top’ of new possibilities, changes and trends.
• You see ambiguity and ‘the unknown’ as opportunities for growth and innovation.

• Creating visual design concepts for a wide range of website styles and industries.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that align with brand strategy and business/marketing goals.
• Staying up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and competitive.
